Plant Supports

Our plant supports (also known as sweet pea frames, wigwams and witches hats) are all made to order.  We occasionally do have some in stock, so it’s always worth contacting us just in case! You may also like to make your own willow garden structure – see our courses pages for more information!

Sweet Pea Frame/Wigwam (small): approx 6’ high x 20” diameter base @ £35.00

Sweet Pea Frame/Wigwam (large): approx 6’ high x 30” diameter base @ £45.00

These are standard sizes, but as our plant supports are all made to order,  please do let us know if you have a different size in mind.

Our sweet pea frames are all made from willow and hazel, grown and harvested organically here at Bore Place. We are currently restoring some ancient coppice woodland, and much of our material comes from this. Where we cannot use our own material, we bring up willow from the withybeds in Somerset and Devon, or source closer to home in the South East of England.  None of our materials are imported. We are also members of the Sussex and Surrey Coppice Group.

Please note that the sweet pea frames are quite large and may not fit in your car!  We can deliver locally, but unfortunately do need to charge for this.  Any courier service used must be organised by the customer, and is at their own risk.
