Refunds and Cancellations

We will give you a full refund on your course fee, or transfer you to an alternative course of the same value, if you tell us you wish to cancel your place a minimum of 14 days before the start of the course. If you wish to transfer to a course of higher value, you will need to pay the difference. If you do not give us 14 days’ notice, then your course fee will be forfeited and no refund will be given.

Use of tools

Our training courses may involve the use of sharp or potentially hazardous tools, as well as equipment such as ladders. While we will provide appropriate training in their use, that there are inherent risks involved. Some of our courses take place in the open countryside and are by their very nature not absolutely free from hazard.
